IDOLON STUDIO is in close collaboration with La-Mire (Orléans, FR) for its new project of artistic residency "A roof above your head" : This year, alongside its exhibition program, la mire extends beyond the borders by initiating a short-term artist residency program in Berlin.These residencies entitled "A Roof Above Your Head"   have a nomadic form themselves within Berlin.
The 4 artists (Oliver Morvan, Sebastien Pons, Line Francillon, Valérie Leray) from Orléans (FR), invited by la mire, are staying in various places   (e.g. artists' studios, apartments, art spaces ) to develop or complete a work.

Olivier Morvan, is in artistic residency from the 18th February till 6th March in the Lage Egal and will present his installation during the second group show with Maurice Doherty (IR), Roland Furhmann (DE), Rodolphe Huguet ( FR), Roland Moreau (FR) and Alexander Negrelli (DE). This Exhibition is curated by Jofroi Amaral and Pierre Granoux.Opening on March 5, the Exhibition continues until March 26. The opening reception is scheduled for Friday, March 4.
Olivier Morvan develop the escapologic project since 2006. Thread and Labyrinth, enquiry & crime, shovel & hole simultaneously, the escapologic project is a long term project that mixing medias (drawings, installation, video, sound, text...) in a kind of enlarged fiction somewhere between a police enquiry and a philosophical tale.
